• Keep the payment card out of reach of others;
• To avoid fraud, require transactions to be carried out only in your presence, and do not allow the card to be taken away from your field of vision;
• If you are contacted by phone, on the Internet, via social networks or other means, and under various pretexts they try to find out your payment card details, passwords or other personal information, BE CAREFUL: these are clear signs of fraud. In case of any doubts, we recommend you to stop communicating and contact the Bank by calling the Contact Center 1245; 
• To avoid the use of your card by another person, do not disclose the PIN code to bank representatives, law enforcement officials, or point of sale cashiers and do not write the PIN code on the card.
